CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license, driving record check, auto insurance
- HCA Training - to be paid for by employer
- CPR, First Aid, Food Worker Card
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Vaccinated
- Pet Friendly
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with activities of daily living including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, walking, mobility, housekeeping, laundry
- Remind clients to take medication
- Transport clients to errands, activities, appointments
- Document and report changes in behavior, health, and needs
- Be mindful of clients’ safety
- Other duties according to an individual’s Care Plan
