Joy Carino, Owner

Filipino Healthcare

Employment Agency

I left my small town in Pangasinan when I was 22 years old and emigrated to Singapore to start a new life. I was a caregiver (Domestic Helper) for a lovely Chinese family with three children.

Canada was my next stop on the road to America. My job experiences as a babysitter, caregiver, house cleaner (friend’s business) and a clerk at Canada Post enhanced my work ethics, self-reliance, teamwork, flexibility, and motivation. I also learned to be patient with Immigration Visa processing!

Starting out as a contract worker on a Work Permit Visa, I successively obtained an Open Visa, a Permanent Resident (Green Card) and, finally, I became a Naturalized Citizen. I met my American husband in Vancouver, got married, and we had a daughter. We moved to Whidbey Island, Washington, when she was two years old, and a year later we had our son.

I then started my own cleaning business. One of my clients suggested that I apply for a job at the United States Postal Service. Since it is a Federal job, I had to become an American Naturalized Citizen to get hired. So, I did!

Today, I am devoting myself to helping others achieve their dreams.

I consider myself blessed and wish to share these blessings with all healthcare providers who dream of working and living in the United States of America.

We'd like to help you make your dreams come true!

Kind Regards,

Joy Carino
